GPT vs PTC

It was a few months ago when i decided to start a thread on a work at home forum asking what everyone was doing using PTC sites when GPT sites exist. The majority of the forum users were international so it's easy to see how I may have been attacked :) There's probably only about two reasons people choose PTC over GPT. Here's the pros and cons of both of these money makers.

GPT

Pros
- They're free to join
- Pays more money than PTC sites
- Decent referral programs (most of the time)
- More diverse
- You can find great deals on things you actually want to buy
- Not as boring as clicking ads

Cons
- Offers sometimes don't credit
- Offers are limited
- Lots of GPT's to sort though
- Usually don't accept international members

PTC

Pros
- They're free to join
- International members accepted
- All you have do is click and view ads
- Easy to refer noobs when they see that all they have to do is click ads and then they'll make easy cash (Ha)

Cons
- Usually pays only $0.01 per ad viewed
- Same thing with referrals. Usually 1 cent per referral
- Ads are limited

So obviously the main reason PTC sites are chosen over GPT sites is because there's so many international members wanting to make money online and they have no choice but to use PTC sites (actually there is other choices). My advice to the internationals is to start blogging or something and just forget about 'get paid to' sites all together. If you perfer PTC over GPT and you live in the US, UK or Canada, then please let me know what's so appealing about them to you.

To close this article - GPT sites hammer PTC hands down.

    Hiya

As an international member I prefer PTC, 'cause most of the offers from GPT can't be made as international member :(

So it boils down to whether or not I'm able to do offers or not…

I prefer GPTs becaue you get paid more to complete offers, however, you have to worry about getting it creditted and putting more effort into the offer. PTCs usually only pay 1cent a click and it could take forever just to make a $1 plus, I 've had bad experiences with them. :-)

PTC is way better Ive earned over $4320 with buxto since the middle of January. I bought 1500 referrals for about $1400, so Ive almost tripled my money. If you want to see my daily stats check out my blog www.jonsbuxto.blogspot.com

$1400 is a heck of a lot in buying referrals. How much of the money did you yourself physically earn? :-)

    @Jason
Are you serious? Purchased referrals are pretty much low quality referrals. But if you made nearly 3,000 from that then that's insane.

Well I'm starting to worry about Bux.to but if you're smart and work the ptc's right it's actually cheaper to advertise on one ptc, to get referrals for the other! I also am dealing mostly with sites that pay 1 cent or more ( I think I only have 2 that pay less ) in fact my top site is paying 3 cents per click! Some PTC's are an affordable way to advertise and basically one giant link exchange but you get paid for viewing other people's links. I have currently been paid by 3 companies 2 of which are very reliable and have been around for years. I just joined 3 brand new sites paying 2 cents per click and so far so good. Certainly I'm not getting rich any time soon with this but it's extra spending money which over time could end up to be $1500 per month for an hour of clicking per day and a few hours per week promoting to get referrals. PTC's for me personally are much easier to deal with. Good luck to all =) p.s.- I requested my first $10 from bux.to on april 10th + your pinkies=)
